Zero Tolerance Chargeback Policy:

If a CHARGEBACK is made you will be reported to IFCC and your information will be sent over immediately to a collection agency.

Customers are urged to contact us by email prior to filing a chargeback. In many cases, any dissatisfaction can be resolved simply and easily. A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts a credit card-issuing bank to initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their credit card. Since chargebacks are costly and can add a considerable amount to our operating costs, which will ultimately affect the ability to provide the best prices for our valuable customers, we will not tolerate chargeback abuses. All abusers will be reported to the Chargeback Protection Project, which may affect an abuser's ability to purchase at other online retailers across the United States. In all cases where the chargeback is clearly fraudulent and/or an attempt to circumvent VHO WORLD LLC policy and contract, we will file a report with the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center), the customer's local authorities as well as with the Better Business Bureau. If the product was delivered via U.S. Mail or to a Post Office box, we will also file a mail fraud complaint with the postmaster or Federal Authorities. VHO WORLD LLC will turn delinquent accounts over to a collections agency and reports will be filed with all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. You are fully responsible for paying all monies owed to VHO World LLC. In respect of any payment made by you, you agree that you will not make any charge-backs, and/or deny or reverse any such payment and will reimburse the Supplier for any charge-backs, denial or reversal of payments you make and any loss suffered by the Supplier as a consequence. In the event that payment of a shipped order is reversed by you or a third party payment processor you are responsible for making payment to VHO World LLC immediately. Payment is due within 24 hours of reversal. Past due amounts will accrue a penalty of $1.00 per day until payment in full is made. Delinquent accounts are turned over to a collection agency and reported to the credit Bureau.

Return/Exchange

  •  Exchange Policy?

**All sales are FINAL! We will allow an exchange.

    You are welcome to exchange your unopened/Unraveled Extension’s for different extensions within 7 days. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. VHO Extensions are packaged with a special pink security seal with VHO World Tag attached, which identifies if the extensions have been taken out of their original packing with VHO Tag attached. The special pink security seal must still be attached. If the hair is not to your liking, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your package to be eligible for an EXCHANGE. THERE ARE No refunds, exchanges only within 7 days.

    For if any reason you want to exchange your texture from straight to curly or wavy, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

    All custom orders, colored, or Ombre are final!

    • Why are Virgin Hair Extensions non-exchangeable if opened?

    Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

    We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

     

    • May I exchange my order?

    We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges if hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with. VHO World Products  are packaged with a special pink security seal with VHO World Tag attached, which identifies if the extensions have been taken out of their original packing with VHO World Tag attached. The special pink security seal must still be attached. THERE ARE NO refunds, exchanges only within 7 days

    • How can I exchange my hair extensions?

    You must contact us first  within the 7 day exchange period. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). All VHO World Products  must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by original invoice as well.

    PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS FOR ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A RMA NUMBER AND A TRACKING NUMBER.

    We will then provide you with our return address where at that facility the exchanged item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged.

    • Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange?

    You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as VHO World will not be held responsible for lost returns.

     

    • When will I receive my exchange?

    We will send your hair extensions after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened/the special pink security seal removed.

     

    • What is the exchange period?

    We will provide an exchange for unopened hair extensions within 7 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.

     

    • May I exchange Virgin Hair Extensions without contacting you or getting an RMA?

    No. You must contact us prior to sending your exchange as our return address is different from our Company address that we ship from. Also, the RMA facilities track your returned products and expedites your exchange.

    Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility.
